All communications between you and Paymentus are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.

You will need your RTCA bill to register. To begin, click on the Continue button (above) and then click on Register Now.
We offer two options for payment processing by using the Paymentus Customer Portal.
1. You may either make a one time payment online without registering your account by clicking on (Pay Now). You will need your RCTA Account Number and the Security Code. The Security Code is 115+ the last four digits of the main number that is listed on your statement. See the sample statement below.

2. You can create Login by setting up a password to save your information for future payments or to set up AutoPay. First time Paymentus users must Register Now to start the Enrollment process. The Login ID will be your email address you would like on file. After filling in all information click on (Add Account). You will need your RCTA Account Number and the Security Code. The Security Code is 115+ the last four digits of the main number that is listed on your statement. See sample statement below.
