Rockwell Cooperative Telephone Association offer’s competitively priced local and long distance telephone service. Our local service features unlimited local calls, crystal clear call quality and it’s always available in case of emergency. For long distance service, we have calling plans to meet every need and budget.

Long Distance Packages

RCTA 14

If you don’t use a lot of long distance per month, this is the plan for you. Anytime, day or night, any call you make will be only 14 cents per minute. We bill a 30 second initial period, then in six second increments.

RCTA 10

For a monthly fee of $3.95, all your calls will be only 10 cents per minute. Anytime. Anywhere in the USA. Always just 10 cents per minute.

RCTA Package Minutes

With our packaged minutes you receive your long distance for as low as 5 cents per minute! We have packages available for in-state calls or nationwide calls. See below for minute options and pricing information.

Need more than 1000 minutes per month? Call us at the office for a quote on larger packages. If you go over your plan minutes, each minute is 10 cents per minute. If you don’t use all your minutes, you will still be charged the flat monthly rate of the plan you have chosen.

Calling Features

Automatic Callback $1.00
This programmable feature keeps redialing busy numbers and rings you when the line is free.

Automatic Recall $1.00
This programmable feature enables you to receive a voice message identifying date, time and telephone number of your last incoming call & gives you the option to automatically dial that number. (Currently works for local calls only.)

Call Forwarding – Basic $1.00
This programmable feature enables you to forward incoming calls automatically to another number.

Remote Call Forwarding $2.00
This programmable feature enables you to forward incoming calls automatically to another number from a remote location.

Call Forwarding – Busy $2.00
This programmable feature forwards your calls to another number of your choice when your line is busy.

Call Forwarding – No Answer $2.00
This programmable feature forwards your calls to another number when you are unable to answer your phone. You can decide how many times the phone should ring before the call is forwarded.

Call Waiting $1.00
This option enables you to answer a second call while using your phone.

Caller Identification Number (Caller ID) $2.00
With this option, you can view the calling party’s name and phone number prior to answering a call. A special display device located on or next to your phone is required.

Caller ID Blocking per call N/C
This feature is available at no cost on a per call basis. When placing a call that will block your name and number, dial*67 and then the number you’re calling as usual. (You must contact the office for this free feature.)

Caller ID Blocking per line $2.00
This option prevents your number from being displayed on someone else’s caller ID unit or telephone. (Can be deactivated on a per call basis by dialing *67).

Caller ID with Call Waiting $3.00
This option allows a caller ID with call waiting subscriber the ability to identify a calling party when they are already on a call.

Distinctive Ring $1.00
This option enables you to have 2 phone numbers assigned to one line; each number has a unique ring.

Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting $2.00
This option enables you to have a special list of callers, so that you will hear a distinctive ringing/call waiting tone when calls are received from that list.

Selective Call Acceptance $2.00
With this programmable option, you can accept only the calls you really want. You create a list of calls you want to take, and your phone will only accept calls from those numbers.

Selective Call Rejection $2.00
This feature allow you to create a list of numbers you don’t want to accept calls from. (This feature works for local calls only, at this time). If a caller is on your rejection list, they will hear an announcement that you not accepting calls at this time. All other calls will ring through as usual.

Selective Call Forwarding $2.00
This programmable feature allows you to choose which callers will be forwarded to an alternate phone number.

Speed Calling 8 N/C
This programmable feature allows you enter up to 8 telephone numbers, local or long distance, into your Speed Calling list. Then you can place calls by dialing a one digit code. (You must contact the office for this free feature.)

Speed Calling 30 $1.00
This programmable feature allows you to enter up to thirty telephone numbers, local or long distance, into your Speed Calling list. Then you can place calls by dialing a two digit code.

Three-Way Calling $1.00
This feature allows you to add a third party to an existing phone conversation.

Coded Toll Restriction $2.00
This feature enables you to restrict the use of long distance calls by making you dial a code before dialing long distance.

Total Toll Denial $2.00
This feature prevents anyone from placing any long distance calls from your line. (With the exception of toll free numbers.)

At last, you don’t have to be tied to the phone or worry about missing that important call. So, you can get on with all the other things you have to do, even if it’s just taking a break!
